Senior citizens and guests with health issues are welcome to participate; however, they will be taken directly along with our smooth-tracked travel schedule; other members can join all activities, and everyone will meet at the camp.
Children under 06 years old can go directly to the camp with one of the parents through our soft-ride program.
A valid passport copy with a UAE entry stamp is required.
Live entertainment (belly dancing, fire show, Tanoura dance) and serving alcohol will be banned in the UAE during the Islamic holidays. The same applies during the fasting month of Ramadan, Ascension Day, Arafat Day (Haj), Al Hijri Islamic New Year, and Milad Un Nabi, Prophet Muhammad’s birthday. The dates are based on the lunar calendar and cannot be recommended in advance.

The Dubai desert temperature can drop to around 09 degrees + between December and April. Therefore, please ask all guests to keep light, woollen clothing and raincoats.
You are booked to share. Therefore all participants must cooperate during the safari program. Seniors should be given priority for the front seats. As per UAE Law, parents with children under 12 years old can only sit in the back seat. The driver will be the master of the roaster in assigning seats. Alternatively, passengers must resolve among themselves by changing simultaneously in the preferred seats. No prior request for seats will be entertained as everyone pays the same. Anyone who disagrees with the seat assignment can request an exclusive jeep by paying the additional charges directly.

Pickup for guests staying in the Emirates of Sharjah, Ajman, Umm al Quin, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah must report to the Ibis Deira City Center hotel, and guests staying in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi must report to the Dubai Mall area.
Sunset Safari Pick & Drop is limited to hotels located in central Dubai; if the number of guests is less than 3
